I have been delinquent in writing a journal for quite awhile and I apologize for that. But I do have a good reason... I have been hard at work on some new tunes and preparing to begin construction on a new Brother Sean record. No release date yet nor title, little too soon for those, especially given our track record at meeting deadlines. But probably in the early spring. So far the record will consist of: Envy, Don't Look Back, When I Wake Up and the latest Should I. I feel like these songs are my best work yet, of course everybody says that when they release a new record, but what the hell, its true.

To catch a preview of the new stuff check out Babettes this Saturday (Aug 21) in Durham, NC from. 7- 9pm. Also if you like Watermelons and Rock n' Roll, and who doesn't, I'll be playing the Winterville Watermelon Festival on Aug. 28 in Winterville, NC.
